The Role: 
As a full-time Maintenance Plumber, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including above-award pay, a fully equipped company vehicle with an ETAG, fuel allowance, phone provision, RDOs, leave entitlements, superannuation, uniforms, iPad, and ongoing safety training. Your responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum, from leak detection and CCTV drain inspections to roofing, fire service renewals, pump maintenance, hot water system upkeep, TMV and backflow testing, and maintenance in commercial hubs like shopping centres and hospitals.
Hourly Rate: 
$48 - $52 per hour.

Requirements

  • Possess a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Excel at troubleshooting and can work independently or within a team.
  • Hold current VIC Plumbers Registration (VBA) 
  • Have a valid open VIC Drivers Licence
  • Possess a current white card.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate independent problem-solving abilities.
  • Prioritize safety awareness.
  • Are adept at report writing.
  • Uphold reliability and professionalism.
  • Showcase robust technical skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as qualified and Registered Plumber

  • Competitive remuneration
  • Above Award rate of between $48 to $52 per hour
  • $300 weekly On Call allowance payable (where you are On Call) plus minimum 4 hours double time for each call out.
  • 38 hour working week.
  • Overtime available if you choose.
  • Flexible RDOs (one RDO accrues every 4th week).
  • Fully maintained company vehicle, including an ETAG.
  • Travel straight to work site where possible.
  • Parking fees paid for all work specific requirements.
  • Option of phone or allowance (phone allowance $60 per month)
